stiff muscles and pain

Need to know if stiff muscles are part of my PLMD or not . In the last 2 weeks I

have been very stiff and alot of pain in larger muscles, this is knew . I notice

this alot when driving and when i first get up. I have had the feeling of worms

for years from RLS ,but no pain . Is this how it progresses or is this

something else. Thanks in advance 37 Arkansas
