Hi Holly, yes riding, does. I did it YEARS ago and am starting

again.Only then I rode regular style, and did a little bit of jumping.

Methods are different for balance and now we ride backwards and

bareback! I mean the horse goes forwards, but we sit bareback and face

the horses rear! lol. It is fun, kind of wierd, but interesting because

I can really " feel " the horse's gait, which I am told, will change mine!
