Guest guest
WELCOME ! I am 47 and back when I was a kid (11 year old) I had tendon surgery on both feet. I am not sure exactly what was done, and short of 1 summer (1963) spent in leg casts, I have been walking ever since. I used to walk on the outside of my feet,(before surgery) not so any more, but when I am tired, now, especially, I tend to walk more on my toes. The only help I have in walking is wearing orthotic inserts INside my shoes, this helps me with balance. And yes, if I walk VERY long distances, I do get tired, so have learned to pace myself, sit/rest as needed.
