hello alisha here,

first of all i have been wearing my orthotics for about 4 or 5 yrs. now mine

are built up in the arch and if they get wet u just need to get them dry.

they are comfortable and i don''t even notice them in my shoes. they haven't

broken yet!!! which is great b/c i keep falling. when i got them i had

major pain and problems w/ my ankles and they seemed to work. second is
