Guest guest Posted April 6, 2000 Report Share Posted April 6, 2000 Looking at all the posts from early this week it was interesting to read about relaxation problems, etc. It has taken me years of meditation, breathing with backwards counting and visualization, but a combination of all three helps me tremendously in relaxation, in falling asleep and also in getting back to sleep if I get woken up.
