Thanks for the website...a good one with good, clear information. Which

brings up a question to the group - the info mentions leg cramps in a letter

from an rls sufferer. I wake up sometimes with dibilitating leg cramps but I

have never associated them with rls because rls is not going on when the leg

cramps occur. Anyone else get these?

Hi all,

After reading Lynn's post, I had to reply. I get leg cramps that can only be

relieved by movement, Advil, or on bad nights, Tylenol 3. After reading the

info on RLS, I thought that was what I had. Am I mistaken?
