Howdy,

I'm sure we've discussed this, but I cant find references in my archives...

I would like feedback from people who have used oxycodone (eg Percocet ( =

oxycodone w/acetaminophen), Percodan (oxyc. w/aspirin), Roxicet, etc) for

RLS. Either on a regular basis or just occasionally for flares.

I have rference in Virginia 's " Sleep Thief " , and I will search

Medline. So I think I have the " literature " covered (but any references are

welcome -- attn Barbara ). But what I would like from y'all is your own

personal experience with this med. Was it effective (and within what time

frame)? Dose? regular basis or occasionally? Side effects? allergies? Any

probs taking it with other meds?

Thanks.

I took percocet for a while off and on for dental work I had done. Then it

started making my

rls act up and had to change. Took it for maybe 2 or 3 months off and on.

Then I switched to

Darvocet and do o.k. with it as far as I know. I took Hydrocodone and did well

at first but not

now. I was having dental problems for a year. Seems like something works well

for a little

while then makes the rls worse. Like you build up a resistance to it or

something. Same way

with me and Kava Kava. COCO MO.
