I would never recommend to anyone to take this as was told....on an

hourly basis as a preventative. That is what will get you into trouble every

time.

I only use this medication as a preventative if I absolutely MUST get a good

night's sleep to get up early for something important.

Used with caution, it is a lifesaver.
