You know, 5:00 am (0500 for you military brats) is suppose to be " quiet " time

where all of us usually get relief from the RLS monster; however, I have

noticed that some RLS meds seem to change the hands on the clock and

postpone, influence and/or change the " normal " RLS times. Also, a recent

study suggested that circadian rhythms play a role in " leg movements " and

possible effect our RLS. Perhaps certain meds " do something " to alter our

" natural " circadian rhythm.
