Guest guest
I was taking Benadrl for a long time it was the only thing that really helped me sleep that I had found until the doctor put me on Klonopin. But it did not help me sleep well. It would just knock me out for short an hour to so at a time. With out it i had night mares when resting.I still woke often and it took me a long time to calm down and stay in bed and go to sleep. And I had to take more and more of even even though I went on vacations from it from time to time. I was taking 96 milligrams a night. But I do want to know why is it bad for RlS. Guest guest
Jeannie, Antihistamines have the potential to aggravate RLS for some people. I personally found out that I can't take benydril, it will knock me out but my legs get worse than ever. I couldn't wake up all the way, yet my legs were driving me nuts, it was the most horrid feeling. I don't know why the Antihistamines do this so if you want a technical reason, I can't help you. Different medications react different with people, if you took it in the past and it helped, great. Best of luck Debbie , Ca 42 ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
