Guest guest
One more thing I'd like to add, I have had lot's of tests run the last 2 months. Including fasting blood for diabetes. I have that in my family on both sides very strong. So I keep a close eye on those type of symptoms. COCO -- ?_
Guest guest
<< since my brother does not have any symptoms, >> It's too bad there is so much misunderstanding about those blood tests!!! Even CMTers who have been told over and over that the tests are limited will still tell people that's all they need. Too bad. By the way, the CMT 1A and X tests are only accurate 80% of the time, too. If your brother truly doesn't have symptoms I imagine he probably didn't inherit. He had a 50% chance of not doing so. Good luck to both of you. Kat

On the other hand, a lot more IS known today, and there is more understanding all the time. We are making progress. ========================= " Dad, will you help me with my homework?
