Guest guest
Hi CMTERS: Thought I'd pass on a couple experiences--- Episode One: I needed my lawn mower fixed & took it to my usual repair shop, After a 2 week wait, I went to see about it & the repairman said " Come back in a couple hours. " which I did. He said it was fixed-- but I found out later that it wasn't. As I was making out the check--not fast enough, he started waiting on others, & wouldn,t even help me load it up & was rude. Never will I go back, even to tell him that he did not fix it. Never again will I go there again. Episode Two: I took it next to another shop and as I pulled into the drive, there happened to be a pleasant , neat youngster-- maybe 13 yrs old. He asked me very politely if I needed any help unloading the mower. He was not connected with that shop at all! He helped me unload safely, wished me a good day & continued on his way. Moral: If you are treated rudely, do not be discouraged, there are lots of nice people out there. Have a good evening, CMTER Bud in TX
