He only has 33% use of his lungs. The Phrenic Nerves and muscles do not respond properly for him to breath deeply. He uses a Bi-Pap machine at night to force air into him. And in the hot summer he has to have a fan sitting beside him aiming directly at his face to help push the air into his body. The heat makes him so tired that it is that much harder to breath.
