Guest guest
My apologies if I made the PLMD sound as if I thought it was not a serious disorder in itself. It definitely is. IF I had only that, (or mainly that) yes I would be concerned. I have both & do long for a entire night of REAL sleep. It's just that since my RLS is so severe, just getting into any kind of sleep state and not " feeling " the RLS is a blessing for me at this point. The Xanax is always a short tem " cure " , as I will slowly but surely have to increase dosage until it doesn't make sense to continue wih it, then on to something else. I'm not doing the Parkinsons " thing " again though. I will also never, (unless it's a matter of life and death. I'm not completely stupid) take anyhing else that asssists me in gaining weight. I need no help there and will attempt to guard against it. Unfortunate that I could not continue Requip, because (for me) it never caused weight gain. There were other reasons for discontinuing that.
