Guest guest
The May issue of the Night s informs that the RLS foundation is funding a project studying RLS in Children. The purpose is to check if children with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) may have possibly more RLS than ADHD (in my words!). As Ritalin (methylphenidate) is the most widely used psychotropic medication to treat ADHD in children in the US, I was wondering if this drug has been already tried for RLS. We do not know too much about the mode of action of methylphenidate, but it has effects on the dopamine. Has somebody out there more information, or has tried Ritalin ? A good sleep wish you Bernard, Switzerland
