I know that some people have " Primary Carnitine Deficiency " but I think that occurs in childhood. But L-Carnitine is one of those " miracle " supplements that's supposed to do everything from help you lose weight to give you energy, etc. It does seem to help me with my energy level, which is often really low, to the point that I just have to drag myself around. But would like to hear your comments. Also, any other supplements - vitamins, herbs, etc. that you take regularly and why? You all give me great insights - thanks!
