Guest guest
and and Group, How do you really know what is placebo and what is actual working? And if someone feels better, and has relief of symptoms from either traditional methods or alternative ones, how can you be so sure that one is valid, and the other isn't? We seem to be going around and around with this issue, and maybe, just maybe, the answers aren't so simple as we would like them to be. I have a gut feeling that neither approach is fool-proof, and that there is merit in both. If we could be smart enough, and educated enough, and OPEN MINDED enough to use from each, we might actually find a way to alleviate, or at least reduce, our common problem of rls. Completely ruling out all alternatives except for one may be more comfortable and produce less anxiety about making choices, but the bottom line is, are we doing everything we can to overcome this disgusting problem of not being able to sleep and live normally? ne, 59,Lawrenceville, NJ ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
