Hi Shula, glad to hear you got some help with the orthotics. That's why

this list is here, so we can exchange info, ideas, people, etc. And yes,

Dr.s are still pretty clueless. Fortunately, I have a Dr. that insists I

stay on my feet, SO, enter the orthotics and with them, a little change

from running shoes (like I run lol) to cross-trainers/walkers, and well,

maybe I'm good for another 50,000 miles?! lol

OK, about yoga, I used to do it. Had classes at the Y. It was OK and

the breathing exercises were the best and later when I got into

meditation, I could do it easier. But, the rest of yoga was just a bit

too boring for me. I tried a little of tai chi, which is done outside

(where I prefer to me) and the movements are graceful and seem to

parelle the movement of wind and bending of trees, etc. It just is a

better 'fit' for me. But, I am all for stretching, however it's done. I

even do stretches in hot water in the bathtub, since the heat and water

are good.
