Guest guest
Well...I guess I''ve got the itching, too. But not as bad as you, Judith. Mine is like am talked about - after showers - and when this Ga. humidity is high, the itching is worse. A dermatoligist gave it a name that I can't remember (much less pronounce ) and prescribed an oil by Oil of Olay. It works most of the time. It is an intense, stinging itch and probably has nothing to do with RLS, but who knows. I've had this most of my life, also. Jeanne, you have made me think very hard about your letter about your grandson. I teach preschool special education and we see and work with a number of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD (that is a medical diagnosis). How many of those children actually have RLS and are mis-diagnosed - the hyperactivity is their only way of dealing with something they cannot explain or describe? My poor husband - having to deal with all my " stuff " . He does snore, relentlessly sometimes, and he suffers from a chronic sinus condition and has to deal with headaches quite a bit. So I guess it evens out - for better or worse, right? Will talk later Lynn, 45, GA.
