Guest guest
Hi d and Group, I normally drink wine, say 250 cc per day, red or white depending on what I eat. Unfortunately enough, I never found a connection between my drinking of wine and RLS. Cheers, Giorgio, Italy L-Tyrosine From: Sqrl523@... I read an article years ago where someone claimed that red wine cured his RLS (red wine is rich in L-TYROSINE . I don't like wine - particluarly red, but was desparate so I tried it. My neuro at the time told me I should try brie - as it also has L-tyrosine. I can safely say that wine and cheese did not help my RLS! I also tried L-tryosine supplements. No luck there either. The search continues... - 44 NY
