Hi everyone,

Gretchen-- I wear sandals with my

AFOs. The ones I wear are elasticated

but any of the adjustable bar type ones

would do.

Candi and Carolyn-- I wear popsocks

(knee-high hose) with light elasticated

bandages on my ankles and knees. A

skirt covers the knees and with a dark

coloured popsock the ankle bandages

are hardly noticeable.
