Hello everyone,

Becca here!

I just recently went off of Zoloft after years of using it. The reason for this,

was my endocrinologist felt that it wasn't working anymore, and the side effect

was exhaustion. So, I quit the Zoloft and he was going to replace it with

something else. I decided after I was off of it, that emotionally I felt better

with out it, so I am not going to replace it.

I have so much muscle pain basically all over my body, and I am PLAGUED by

fatigue. So, now the doc wants me to try something else.

**** STOP taking each of my medications individually for 4 days each. Then

resume the medicine. Each one for a 4 day shot. After that STOP eating different

foods and food groups for 4 days at a time.

This is to see if one of the meds or a food or group of foods is bothering my

system. The doc says I'll be able to tell immediately.

********** Anyone have any comments on this??? Ever done it??? Any

suggestions???

Also, without the Zoloft, which is used for depression and CHRONIC PAIN, maybe I

am just unfortunately feeling the fuller effect of my pain with out the Zoloft

to hide it?????

One more thing...

Has anyone heard of Isotonic MSM??? My Chiropractor wants me to try it for the

muscle pain and all.

THANKS SO MUCH ... for any help or insight or whatever you can offer!!
