I do eat ALOT of bananas. Not necessarily for cramps or twitches but I

do like them for the nutritional aspect and they are a great snack, as

opposed to say a candy bar.(low calorie in Bananas, but filling) I am

agreement with Kat that any potassium supplements should be monitored by

a Dr. ANY supplements for that matter.

I guess it's time for the yearly physical... an opportunity to discuss the issue

of supplements.

Aside from Potassium what other vitamins seem to be helpful? (I know this was

discussed before but I have not printed it out.)

Thanks in advance,

Shula
