Guest guest
I do eat ALOT of bananas. Not necessarily for cramps or twitches but I do like them for the nutritional aspect and they are a great snack, as opposed to say a candy bar.(low calorie in Bananas, but filling) I am agreement with Kat that any potassium supplements should be monitored by a Dr. ANY supplements for that matter. Aside from Potassium what other vitamins seem to be helpful? (I know this was discussed before but I have not printed it out.) Thanks in advance, Shula bananas - potassium I do eat ALOT of bananas.
