Have you been evaluated for sleep obstructive apnea (SOA)?

It seems many of us RLS'ers have co-morbid problems like PLMS and SOA.

Unfortunately, I suffer from all three! That's just great, eh?

But the good news, I am kinda successfully treated for SOA (after surgery

PPP3 and hooked up to a CPAP machine at night) (OBTW, my weight loss did help

my SOA). And, once the SOA was improved, my PLMS went away! Poof!

The bad news, I can't seem to get this doggone RLS monster tamed!

I tend to sleep on my back and sometimes on my side. I move around a lot my

husband says. He also reports that I often spend most of the night on my

back with my arms raised above my head very dramatically. He does not

understand how I can sleep that way... but I do, according to him.

Just another note on sleeping positions. Oh, I also do snore sometimes

mildly when I am on my back and it usually wakes me up.
