I am getting better at dictating orders. My modo on somedays is let someone

else do it or screw it. Makes the day easier if you wake up knowing the

plan. LOL

As I am in pain constantly, if I let it take me over I would never get

anything done. I try to do as much house work every day as I, do the washing

and I am working on my books. My hardest problem is getting dinner ready. I

love to cook but now it is all I can do to get dinner on the table. As for

trying new recipes, forget it. My husband helps with dinner and sometimes

fixes it. He does clean up the kitchen for me.

I also travel and cook chili in chili cookofs. I write a column for the

Terlingua Trails. So there are still many things that I do and try to work

through the pain.

I am sorry to say that I disagree with you theory that you are not going to

let it get you down. This is something that you have no control over. The

fibro does. There will come a time when you find that you cannot stop it

from getting you down. It will happen if you keep going and going, the pain

will surely arrive in a bad way.

Take care,

Irene
