Hi ,

When I ask for help and someone helps, I feel grateful. When I do

something, don't ask for help and don't need it and someone helps

anyway, I feel angry. Afterall, I am not helpless! I try to stay 'calm'

with that helpful person and say something like 'no thank you'. Guess it

is hard walking that 'tightrope' of ours - either we ask for help or

people 'think' we need their help. Learning to ask for help when I need

it has probably been the hardest thing for me to do.
