Boy did I exercise today!! I started out by wrassling two humongous quilts out

to the car, drove to Fair Haven and fought with the biggest washer and dryer,

lugged them home half dry and hung them out, trundled 5 rugs downstairs to the

cellar, washed them and back upstairs outside and hung them out, was up and down

stairs all day like a yo-yo doing various and sundry tasks, raked out two flower

beds before crawling back inside to groom Mr. Biggles who'd gotten into some

burdocks (if you've ever seen a Yorkshire Terrier you'll know the hell we both

went through with that long silken coat)! Right now I feel like I've been

beaten with a heavy club.

So, for today, I neglected to go for a walk, swim or ride my bike (the tires

need air anyhow). But I DO feel like I've had one helluva workout. Tomorrow

will be more of the same. AND my RLS has been giving me absolute fits!!!!!

This happens especially when I've been real active. Guess I was really meant to

be a couch potato. Thank God for Permax, Kava-Kava and all the other things I

throw down my gullet seeking relief!!

It's a Grand Life!!!!!

CHEERS!!!!

PS: Betty, I really DO intend to get on my bike after all this spring cleaning

crap is out of the way........

My recommendation is to go for exercises that strrrrrrrretch the

muscles.

Pulling out full extension seems to change the sensation

considerably.

Always feel good after horse riding.

Best wishes everyone, Colin in (old) England.
