I get what I guess is the fire in the feet sensation, but it is limited to

my great toe. One Doctor xrayed and found arthritus and that was determined

to be the cause??

It does seem to come and go and I have often wondered if it is shoe or diet

related. Any opinions??

<< I have had the " fire " in my left big toe for a little over a month! Hot

and stinging and hurting if the blanket gets on it, and bright red like it is

on fire which it feels like! >>

Is it possible you are having attacks of gout?

Just a thought. it's more common than most people know.

Hi Jack, Peggie here. I have had the " fire " in my left big toe for a little

over a month! Hot and stinging and hurting if the blanket gets on it, and

bright red like it is on fire which it feels like! Now, the past 10 days of

so, it's gone. Have no idea why I did have it (and have had it before) or

why it left!
