If (when) I go to the movies, I try to go to an early afternoon feature and/or

sit on the outer seat so I can get up/out if need be.

Also, it might be helpful to try to schedule a dental appointment in the

morning, earlier the better. Luckily, the dental visit/chair is not a trigger

for me but then again, I am scared whit-less at the dentist and my legs/arms

are numb from circulatory insufficiency, if you know what I mean.

I don't do real long car trips - 6 hours max and with many, many stops for a

walk-around. If it takes longer than 6 hours to drive somewhere, I don't go.

They gotta come to me.
