Hi to Everyone,

I'm a relatively new member, but I have come to value all of you very

much.

I think that the important thing is that we are here for each other.

As someone who knows no one else with RLS (except you guys), it is

very reassuring to know that there are people who understand what RLS

is and how it can really do a number on you - continuously.

I enjoy the jokes. It may not be that we have something illuminating

to say re RLS all the time. We may not want to talk soley about our

symptoms, medications, etc. all of the time.

Friends support each other in many ways, just by keeping in touch, by

letting people know that you are thinking of them. To share a joke is

to share yourself. I appreciate everything I receive from the list,

espcially the jokes that I get at 3 am while I'm up and around and

around and around,

Hi Jane,

I'll forward the article you asked about - I guess you didn't get it for

some reason. Have to agree with you about the meaning of support - the

jokes at 3 in the morning have often made me laugh instead of cry, which

I sometimes feel like doing. I love and need this group. Each person is

unique, despite our common bond of rls. A more caring group would be

hard to find, on or off the computer.
