Thank you Barbara. I've printed it out and am going to take it with me to

my next appointment at the VA this coming Monday.

Incidentally, let me poke my nose in on this business of criticizing our

group when one decides to unsubscribe. I agree, the delete button is there

for anyone who, after a line or two, finds they aren't interested in what's

being written. And I also take offense when the group as a whole is slammed

for what is being written. If you're unhappy with us be polite and just

fade away. We are hurting enough physically without someone trashing our

psyches. Yes, and I love a good joke or anything humorous to lighten my

day. I've been a member of this group for over two years and wouldn't give

it up for the world. I've met some of the nicest, most sympathetic, yes,

and loving people right here in my computer and count them among my best

friends along with being fellow sufferers of RLS.
