Guest guest
(For those who don't know why we are talking about Rutin, it's because of a letter to the editor of the Saturday Evening Post. If you need more info on it, let me know.) ...and group, In answer to your questions, I found Rutin at a healthfood store. Haven't looked in other places like Walmart or Walgreen's, yet. The stuff is pretty cheap, when you find it. It's a riboflavin and is supposed to enhance Vitamin C absorption. So, I'd suggest you look near the Vitamin C products, and look for other Bioflavins. It should be in that section. As for an on-line source, try: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/ Use the search window on the left..typing in " rutin " As you look down the list, be sure to CAREFULLY compare the MG and the number of tablets per bottle. Also, try this one: http://www.puritan.com/scripts/start.exe/puritan/f_home.html The search window is at the bottom of the page. This company has a policy of " buy one, get one free " or " buy two and get THREE free " . It can come out pretty well, but you have to do some figuring to be sure it's worth it. As for whether it's working? I haven't noticed any difference after a week of taking it. ALTHOUGH...I've been marking the calendar for a couple months, now, and I'm becoming more convinced all the time that my worst RLS attacks are related to my monthly cycle. This is the third month in a row that I've had and average of 3 panicky restless " can't sleep " nights in a row, that followed a week after my period started. This was also the week where I started taking the Rutin, so there's a chance that it just didn't have a chance. I'll keep taking it for a month, or until the bottle is empty, before I give up on it.
