Guest guest
Jill, You mentioned, feeling RLS coming on, you concentrate real hard on something (in your case clogging steps) that you don't pay attention to the RLS at all, and find yourself falling asleep before you have time to wiggle your legs. In a few minutes it will be 2:00 AM. I will try to concentrate on some line dance steps I learned last year. But I don't know if I told you, that when I don't move them, THEY MOVE ME. I'll let you know if it works. June 64, Delaware
Guest guest
Ah yes, relaxation techniques. Must be something really wrong with me. The few times I tried I nearly went insane with RLS. I was in a Yoga class and they had us lay down on mats and instructed us how to breathe and then r-e-l-a-x. Everyone sank into a relaxing oblivion but me. For a few minutes I lay there trying to " sink into the floor " when my legs began to buzz. To lay still was completely impossible. I got up and went home. Cheers!!
