I also take a hot bath with peppermint, ecalyptus, and camphor essential

oils in it. You just need a few drops of each or any one will do. Then

soak. You can also add epsom salts and/or bubble bath. I have a lot of pure

essential oils and do a lot of self help (plus help my husband and my mother

when they ask) with aromatherapy. I really believe that it works a lot to

help relax you so you can better center your energies on healing what ails

you. I have about 30 essential oils, a bunch of them I fortunately got at a

health food store that was going out of business and they were a top pure

brand at 75% off.... they had to move really quickly and I got there early!

, I stopped taking a multi-vitamin, but what about Magnesium and baby

aspirin (which I have to take to prevent another stroke). Why is is always

as soon as we fix one leak in the roof, another one starts? (this is

rhetorical - I'm not losing it - at least no more than usual!) Love, Judy
