Guest guest
I definitely experience exacerbations with hot weather, and even with too much accumulation of warmth under the covers in any season. I too find that a hot summer makes my daytime RLS symptoms worse, my nighttime ones, once I fall asleep don't get worse however, but I wake up more often, then the RLS comes back until I get to sleep again. Can't wait until doctor finds relief for my daytime RLS symptoms! Nat Dean, Santa Fe, NM
