I definitely experience exacerbations with hot weather, and even with

too much accumulation of warmth under the covers in any season.

I too find that a hot summer makes my daytime RLS symptoms worse, my

nighttime ones, once I fall asleep don't get worse however, but I wake up

more often, then the RLS comes back until I get to sleep again. Can't wait

until doctor finds relief for my daytime RLS symptoms!
