Hi becca here!!

I do actually have a suggestion for you. I also have this problem. I take

Magnesium at night before bed ( about an hour or so before)!

I do not know why it helps -- BUT it does. I didn't think it would but it

honestly helps.

Thanks.

Good luck

<< The past couple of nights i have had trouble sleeping because of the

" fireworks " going off in my right foot......it really bugs me and it feels

like my feet have something tied real tight around them all the way up to my

shins....does anyone else have this feeling? >>

I periodically have the fireworks in my feet. I hate when it happens at

night

because it wakes me, and the only way I can stop it is by pressing hard on

it

with my other foot. When they are going off in my toes it is particularly

painful, and harder to squash.

The sensation of fireworks is quite different from the shocks and jolts that

seem electrical. like from hot wires. I have fewer of those now, but they

used to be constant. They have changed to wrenching spasms and fireworks.

One thing about CMT, life isn't dull for some of us.

The other feeling you have I don't think I have any more, and sounds what is

called the stocking/glove distribution. It means one feels as if there are

stockings on the feet or a gloves on the hands when there aren't.

HI Dimitrios,

The magnesium is for painful messages my feet receive. It helps to control

them. I get less of them with te magnesium. Very much less!
