Hi Steph,

Since I have been taking a calcium, potassium, zinc supplement, I THINK

my legs are somewhat improved..Again, the big question remains as to

cause and effect.

I take the above along with magnesium....I think it helps, IMHO.

Sometime over the weekend my legs acted up at bedtime and I took some Feverfew

Extract AND White

Willow Extract. My legs calmed down within 10 min. or so. Will let you know if

it helps on a

consistant basis. COCO MO.
