It has become increasingly important for me to have regular nighttime 'rituals' beginning about 9 pm so I can sleep and sleep well. These include but are not limited to relaxing reading,snack, watching some funny television, play with my pets, meditation, shower/bath, breathing the jasmine filled air, etc. College life is hard but it is where I first had to get disciplined in this regard and others, had to miss a few late parties, but didn't miss much!
