Guest guest
For those interested, there are 7 other CMT Lists on various issues and topics at egroups. There are also 2 lists at topica. There might even be other lists elsewhere. For example, the CMT quilters group just gathered a large group of people with CMTers who do quilting and now discusses that hobby of quilting elsewhere. There are also 2 in-print newsletters, bi-monthly I believe that have CMT info. inside. And 4 CMT chats that I know of. If you are at any time unclear about what to post, just email me at liliwigg@... for clarification. And bless you Kat for the reminders about 'the subject line'. If the subject line doesn't interest you, just delete the message. The reason this group has a 'mission' and simple rules is so it stays alive and does not drown as other lists have done in the past. If you need a refresher on our mission, please go to our main URL. We all have anger, frustration, drama and trauma sometimes. It is OK to share what's going on in that regard, but like I have suggested before, then write us about how you let it go or what you did to regain your peace of mind. Pets are a great source of stress relief and happiness for some. So are hobbies, cultural interests, families, children, friends, lovers etc.(not necessarily in that order!) Try to tie your posts into CMT and how something in particular helps you. This list is far reaching and your post has tremendous power to help someone else across the globe. I don't wear AFO's but I have sure learned alot about them and how active people are wearing them. Or perhaps you may want to start your own 'special CMT topic group'. Or you can email a person directly should you find a common interest. Tolerance, diversity and an open mind will help us all expand our knowledge of CMT. With summer coming up in the Northern Hemisphere, and people going on vacation, some may want to change their settings for this list. You can either go Digest, or Web only, both still allow you to post, but your inbox won't be so full. We are averaging sometimes over 15 messages a day. Just think how wonderful it is to be in touch with so many CMT persons and able to learn so much! Somewhere, someone once told me 'you will get out of this group what you put into it'!
