Guest guest
Hello, Ninette........ I'm sorry about the confusion about forwarding. If you are comfortable with this, you should continue to do it. Of course you are forwarding something that you want to send to someone else, and I can't remember exactly how I got into trouble with doing this and having someone read something I didn't want them to read. I will remember eventually and explain it to you when I do. I only know that by herforwarding a letter, my daughter's boss got to read a comment I had made to her about him that I had not intended for him to see. But in the meantime, I am going to forward back to you the letter you sent to the group about forwarding, just to show you what I mean about two letters being sent. I will send it to the whole group in case I have got anyone else all confused about this. There is probably a way to avoid this happening, but I don't know how.....and it doesn't look like many in our group do either. Scroll all the way down the page until you reach the very end and you will see that the letter I am forwarding is being sent out twice...... This takes twice as long to send and receive and also takes up more space while sitting in your mailbox. It doesn't take any more work to copy and paste the letter and just send the one copy out. I only know that I found I was more comfortable with doing it this way and I really do not mean to push this method on anyone else. I just thought I would pass it along since there was so much discussion about everything being so long that people had to download the digest and not having room for it. I have noticed that quite often there are several letters a day that come through with two copies included. Again, I apologize for the confusion...........
