Hello Sherry, I am assuming you mean 'tremors'. I first got them in

college, valium helped, but the best medication I ever found for my

tremors was Elavil (amitriptyline). Some people have reported Inderal, a

heart medication controls tremors, but I haven't figured out how.

Whether any of these can be given to your son would best be discussed

with his doctor. I have also discovered that when I sleep, and get

quality sleep, I don't have ANY tremors. How this works or why boggles

my mind!

I have always wondered why some of the meds. for Parkinson's tremors

can't be given to me. I don't go to the Dr. enough to remember to ask!
