Seems to me we can do our own 'A to B calm " , instead of buying it. I

take calcium and magnesium anyway, so what's to add, but the bit of

vinegar! And probably a lot cheaper in the long run.

That's cute, am ..........I take calcium and magnesium also, and I get so

much vinegar in me you wouldn't believe it. I really love all different

kinds of vinegar.....Balsamic best of all.

But I think this might be something that some people might want to try and

even though I cannot imagine it being a 100% cure, who knows what it might do

for some.

Scientifically, I can imagine the magnesium being of some use for RLS, but I

don't honestly know about the calcium and vinegar. It surely won't hurt to

try this if it isn't too expensive......probably costs pennies to

make.......literally! I suppose it depends on whether your body happens to

be deficient in these chemicals.........do you think?

Was this recommended for RLS specifically or for a lot of other things?

These are certainly things that our bodies need a certain amount of, so it

will be interesting to see if anyone else has the same results.

I think, in all fairness though, it should be taken for a good bit longer

than a few days to rule out the placebo effect.....

Thank you, Coco.......
