Hi Kim, just responding to your smoking question. All smoking ever did

for me was make my hair and clothes smell bad. I also burned up a very

important term paper and this was before computers, so I had to re-write

the whole thing! Cigarettes never helped to relax me. I quit in 1975.

But I continued to smoke cannabis until 1979, as that did seem to relax

me. But in 1979, I became very health conscious and started taking good

care of myself, so alot of the old behaviors had to go. I haven't seen

any 'studies' on smoking and CMT. I noticed on the preliminary results

of Dorothy's CMT survey, that alot of CMTers smoke. For relaxing,

meditation and music have become good substitutes for me. When I stopped

smoking, I did not gain weight, either.
