I agree walking in the sand can be a gentle exercise, but forget trying to

walk in the surf coming up on shore. That has become close to impossible

for me! Sand that I displace with my foot is one thing; sand that gets

moved by the tide without warning is entirely another! :)

! That is fantastic! Half the time I read your messages I'm roaring

(the other half I'm at least smiling!)! There is nothing like a sense of

humor. It fires the immune system up, working the muscles and the heart, and

gets those endorphins moving! Thanks for the smiles! M
