Guest guest
Hello everyone. Has anyone tried golf, or is anyone currently playing? I was thinking about taking a lesson to see what it's like. While I certainly can't walk 18 holes and play, isn't there a famous golfer who uses a golf cart even in tournaments? And since I'm asking golf questions, does this mean I need special " golf shoes " whatever they are or can I just wear my cross-trainers? Maybe I should try golf in my backyard first? Anyone with suggestions/comments/golf and CMT info. out there? Gretchene
Guest guest
I tried golf last year sometime, I hit a bucket of balls, but I found that it really caught my right ankle that I have had fused, when I followed through. The walking around a golf course is not too much of a problem, except I keep twisting my left ankle on uneven ground. I prefer sports like kite buggying when you can sit down and do it, it it is good for upper body strength, and you get a high from adrenaline!
