Stress is the biggest trigger for everything CMT-related in my life,

doesn't matter if it's pain, balance, strength or whatever.

The more I am stressed - the worse my CMT symptoms.

Stress!!!! I have had a unreal morning, everything is

upside down, The phone was not working, the washing machine quit, I turned

on the wrong burner on the stove where I had a large glass bowl sitting!

Shattered! BTW it was full of bananna pudding I had just made! What a

mess, anyway now I am having muscle cramps, my balance is off again, my

hands hurt, and a headache is on its way! LOL, STRESS! Yes my pain is worse

under/after stress. >Becky M

alisha here,

well i don't think that i have noticed a link between stress and pain. i

just have been in tons of pain this last week. i wasn't able to go to school

at all. on friday i tried b/c i was made to my mom and dad. i collasped at

school before it even started. i went to my doc for some relief and he

didn't believe me. he thought that i was faking my pain. i was just so angry

at him.
