Guest guest
Well, this is pretty scary if valid. I love diet Arizona ice tea, and drink some almost every day. Think I'll quit, and see if there is an improvement in rls symptoms. I tend to be kind of skeptical about a lot of these things - both foods and supplements that are supposed to ward off cancer etc., and those that are harmful. Just too much undocumented media hype, then they turn around and contradict themselves, all to often. This does sound like it comes with some documentation (but all of them do!) so what's to lose by cutting out products that contain aspa9rtame, at least for a while. ne, 58, Lawrenceville, NJ ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail. Guest guest
I doubt that eliminating Aspartame from one's diet will cure RLS but I've thanked Doreen for the message. For years I've been trying to get every one I know to stop using the dreadful stuff. In earlier studies it was shown that heating aspartame also caused it to become carcinogeous. In any case it's something I don't want anyone I know or love to take a chance on. Unless one is diabetic I can't see that a little sugar, honey or molasses is gonna hurt. Sure beats taking a chance on getting sick. Cheers! Jeanne and Mr. Biggles in Poultney VT
