Guest guest
Ninette and all; You were right about the PLMD being leg movements in your sleep. But it can be more disruptive than you think. My husband no longer sleeps with me because I " kick " him all night long. When it's really bad, I can barily get out of bed in the morning, I feel like I haven't had any quality sleep at all. So it's kind of a double whammy. I have trouble going to sleep because of the RLS, then if my legs are acting up with PLMD after I go to sleep, forget it. I have noticed that the Naproxin does seem to really help the PLMD, my bed is not torn up most mornings like it was when I was just on Xanax. The xanax helped my RLS and I still take it as needed, but for the most part, Naproxin will " kill " the RLS sensations. I'm sure you have heard this before, Ninette, but PLEASE be careful with the Xanax, it made me really forgetful and spaced out feeling. I had no trouble getting off of it though, my Dr. had me decrease slowly and then quit. Now I just take it if my legs wont respond to anything else ie.. warm baths, Naproxin, stretching etc... Peaceful days to all. Debbie , Ca 42 ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
