Guest guest
<< I have had Plantar Fasciitis off and on for over 18 months now. >> I cured mine by wearing a heel (one inch heel, low cut cowboy boot at first) but I guess most CMTers can't wear shoes unless they are flat. I was barely able to hobble into the shoe store, due to the pain, but I walked out standing tall and with no pain. It was what my doc told me to do - wear a one inch heel. After a few years I went back to athletic shoes, and the plantar fasciitis eventually returned. I went back to my one inch heel and have been without that kind of pain ever since. I wish this easy cure could work for the rest of you. Kat
