Doubtful since the nasal spray is a topical steroid mainly used for allergic

rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. Your systemic absorption is very minimal. I

don't know of any connection between dopamine levels and steroid nasal

sprays. I have used Nasonex, Vancenase-AG and Rhinocort in the past and I

have seen no correlation between my RLS and the use of those steroid nasal

sprays.

IMHO
