Your systemic absorption is very minimal. I don't know of any connection between dopamine levels and steroid nasal sprays. I have used Nasonex, Vancenase-AG and Rhinocort in the past and I have seen no correlation between my RLS and the use of those steroid nasal sprays. IMHO RAINBOWPED@...
